Founding partner of TCLP and Professor in Organizational Behaviour at the UIC in Barcelona. He started his career working for several years in industrial operations in the steel and automotive sectors and then changed track into strategy, innovation and organizational consulting. Before founding TCLP he worked for over 20 years with leading consulting companies such as Roland Berger, Competitiveness, Idom Consulting and DPMC.

He has a profound expertise in personal transformation and organizational change. He worked for 12 years in different multinational corportions in different sectors ( banking, profesional services, government, Entertainment and Media). Then he decided to drive change in organizations and started out in consulting. Over the last 15 years he has gradually focused more and more on the human element in organizations and how to effect sustainable organizational change. At the start of his career, he worked for several years in process engineering in the chemical industry and then shifted to management consulting with companies such as Arthur D. Little and KPMG Consulting. There he gradually grew more and more interested in the human factor in organizational performance. He strongly beliefs in the need to transform our current leadership from a mechanistic model into a people centered anthropological model. He has impacted on multinational clients in different sectors such as BNP Paribas (Banking), Engie (Energy) and Baxter (Pharmaceutical), Ahold Delhaize (Retail), and Orange & Proximus (Telecom).
